“zero-zero-zero-zero” wine. Grapes from the Galleano family-stewarded Lopez Vineyard, planted over 100 years ago, certified organic, zero irrigation, zero sprays in 2022, natural fermentation, zero filtration/fining, and less than 10ppm sulfites added during aging (will test at zero sulfites). Stomped and soaked overnight, then pressed to barrel and fermented off skins. Great chilled. Great anyway you like to drink wine.
